A: We ship most orders the same day if placed before 2pm central time. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on US holidays.

A: Most Creative Audio orders receive tracking within 24 hours. You will receive this through the email you have associated with your Amazon account.
